See you from 20 to 24 July 2026!
A week to surpass yourself
Are you an experienced athlete looking to test your limits? Are you interested in trail running and keen to give it a go? Are you a beginner wanting to see what you’re made of? This week is all for you…
What are Trail Sessions?
The organising team’s aim is for Trail Sessions to be more than just a sports holiday, but a week rich in interaction and full of excitement.
Whatever your level – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hiker – you’ll be accompanied on the walks by guides from the mountain office, offering a unique opportunity to experience the mountains in a different way.
Running across comfortable, accessible mountain pastures, breathing in the fresh mountain air and taking in the stunning views will be a key focus of the course. A fully organised programme will be provided, including training sessions, talks, film screenings, nutrition advice and competitions…
We take care of everything !
