Are you a seasoned sportsperson who wants to test your skills? Are you interested in trail running and want to find out more about it? Are you just starting out and want to find out what you’re made of? This week is dedicated to you…

The will of the organising team is that the Week of the Trail is not a simple sports stay, but a week rich in exchanges and full of emotions.

Whatever your level, beginner or advanced, you will be accompanied during the sessions by the guides of the mountain office, a unique opportunity to discover the mountain differently.

Running on comfortable and accessible mountain pastures, breathing pure mountain air and taking in the sights will be one of the leitmotifs of the course. You’ll be offered an all-inclusive programme including training sessions, lectures, film screenings, nutrition and competitions…

Extend your experience!

To mark Trail Week, we’re organising two not-to-be-missed events! The Rallye Gourmand and the 4H de La Toussuire! But what are these events all about?

Let’s move on to the presentation of our first flagship event of this trail week: the 4H de La Toussuire!

Much sportier than the Rallye Gourmand, the 4H de La Toussuire will be sure to keep competitors happy! The aim of the race? You’ve got 1.5km of climbing with 400D+, then a descent by chairlift to give your legs a break, before setting off again for a tour!

The aim is clear: to complete as many laps as possible in 4 hours!

You can run this race alone or in a relay! There will also be a refreshment area at the end of your ascent, so you can recharge your batteries on the chairlift.

The record to beat is 9 laps in 4h04 minutes! Who will be up to the challenge?

The Rallye Gourmand is an untimed 16km rando-trail event, with a food stop every 2km. It’s an event that’s accessible to all, with a family-friendly atmosphere and good humour being the watchwords for the day!

Whether you’re walking or running, there’s a route for everyone!

Dio-polenta

Confectionery Spagnolo

Matafans de Nöel

During the day, you’ll be invited to take part in a series of timed challenges, with prizes up for grabs for the fastest teams!
