This authentic wooden chalet of 170 m², was built by his owner with noble material (wood and stone) and a natural and ecological insulation. The chalet is decorated in a typical moutain style and is located in a unic and sunny area, open 360° !
This recent chalet can welcome 14 people ... sauna, private and heated swimming pool.

It is composed of:

5 bedrooms with flat screen TV and Wifi :
- 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them with a shower and sink)
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a double bed in a mezzanine and a mezzanine with a single bed

2 bathrooms
- 1 with disabled access with WC and shower
- 1 with a bath

3 toilets

1 equiped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, raclette grill, coffee maker...) open on the living room

Living room : sofa, tv with home cinema, DVD player, Wifi, wood burner (wood is supplied)
Balcony facing south with garden furniture, barbecue

1 private parking
1 ski closet and 1 shoe dryer
1 washing machie and 1 clothes dryer
