Chalet Le Bivouac - impasse des campanules

Le Bivouac, a 160 m2 chalet that can accommodate 12 people in total comfort.
It is south facing and has a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and La Meije.
It is easily accessible by pushchair.
The Bivouac is located 200 metres from the ski lifts (Soleil chairlift) and the shops. Return by ski depending on snow conditions

The centre of the resort is a 5' walk away. The chalet is also located right next to the free shuttle bus which takes you to the centre of the resort, the start of the ski lessons and the shopping arcades. A Super U is 300m away.
It is made up of 3 levels:
- On the ground floor:
- An entrance locker to store skis, boots and ski clothes,
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ...),
- A living room including a dining room and a lounge,
- A bedroom with double bed,
- A shower room,
- An independent WC
- A balcony of 30m2 with a breathtaking view
- On the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with balcony,
- One bedroom with 2 single beds,
- A bathroom with bathtub,
- An independent WC
- On the ground floor:
- A TV room,
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds,
- A shower room,
- An independent WC,
- A 30m2 balcony with a breathtaking view
- On the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony,
- One bedroom with 2 single beds,
- A bathroom with bathtub,
- An independent WC
- On the ground floor:
- A TV room,
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds,
- A shower room,
- An independent WC,
- A master suite,
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The chalet has 3 private parking spaces on a plot of 720m2
The price includes :
- The cleaning (The tenants will have to return the accommodation in a correct state : garbage emptied, dishes done and dishwasher emptied and fridge empty and clean...)
Sheets + towel in option : 150€.
Optional use of the fireplace: 100€.

A deposit of 2000 euros for damage.
No smoking. No pets allowed.
The price does not include tourist tax
The rental period is from Saturday 4.30 pm to Saturday 10 am.
