Yoga - Trail Sessions

Discover how yoga is the ideal complement to trail running: flexibility, concentration, mobility and refocusing are on the agenda of this workshop dedicated to trail runners.
Combining yoga with running is particularly exciting. The postures have the effect of warming up the muscles one after the other, as well as being excellent training for trail running.

They offer a high-quality sports warm-up that is currently practised by many athletes. Running yoga is a discipline to be explored at all costs.
