A workshop open to all to (re)discover healthy, efficient breathing. Tests, awareness and simple exercises to help you manage stress, sleep, digestion, immunity and sports performance.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to breathe better in their daily life. After a series of tests to assess your breathing, you'll learn to breathe more deeply, slowly and diaphragmatically. You'll leave with concrete exercises to calm a stressful spike, help you fall asleep, activate your digestion, strengthen your immune system or improve your breathing for sport. Simple tools that can be used anywhere to rediscover conscious, efficient breathing.
