Master the use of poles to improve your efficiency on the trails. A technical outing towards Champ l’Eriscal. 5 to 6 km – 250 m ascent.

Do you already take part in a sport and want to take it to the next level? Are you drawn to trail running and keen to improve your skills whilst enjoying yourself in the mountains? Then this week is for you.

Enjoy a unique sensory experience with a night-time run. Take in the sunset at the Col du Marolay. Learn to run with confidence, even in low-visibility conditions. 5–9 km, 300–500 m elevation gain (depending on the group)

The aim: to improve your footwork, optimise your positioning and enhance your fluidity, making your descents more efficient and safer. An intensive and instructive session designed to help you progress quickly and enjoy the mountains even more.

Long run at Mont Charvin: endurance training in mountainous terrain (600–1,200 metres of elevation gain). Routes ranging from 8 to 15 km, with an alternative route at 8 km. Supervised by the team to help manage effort, pace and progress.

Weekend recovery run: take the chairlift up to save your energy, then enjoy a gentle trail run across the plateaus. A relaxed session to loosen up your legs, aid recovery and finish on a high note.
