La Toussuire Tourist Office is an association under the law of 1901 created in 1949, classified category 1 and Marque Qualité Tourisme™ since 2016.

The Tourist Office is open 7 days a week, non-stop.
Sunday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 7pm
The off-season
The Tourist Office is open Monday to Friday and closed at weekends.
Opening times: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
Summer 2026: 28 June to 13 September 2026

Accessibility
The Tourist Office is accessible to people with disabilities.
Reserved parking spaces are available in front of the building and on the right, next to the cinema. An access ramp is located on the right, providing access to the main entrance, which is equipped with two automatic doors and an external doorbell, located to the left of the first automatic door.
Inside, a large circulation area facilitates movement. The reception desk has a lowered surface on the left (75 cm), suitable for people with reduced mobility. A magnetic loop is available on request for people with hearing impairments, as well as a magnifying glass for people with visual impairments.
Toilets accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PRM) are available from outside on the ground floor of the building and also in the reception hall.
The Jean-Pierre Augert multipurpose hall, located upstairs, is accessible via an external lift. It also has disabled toilets.

Luggage service
Are you arriving before your accommodation is ready, or is your train/coach only a few hours away, and would like to take advantage of these hours to move around freely without your suitcases? The Tourist Office offers a luggage storage service.
Reservations office
The availability centre presents the furnished accommodation belonging to the Tourist Office. It allows you to pre-book online directly on our website by putting people in touch with each other.
Automatic cash machine
In the resort of La Toussuire you will have access to two cash dispensers: – Crédit Agricole bank cash dispenser – Banque de Savoie cash dispenser
Waiting area
If you’re waiting for a shuttle, a taxi or just want to sit back and relax. In the Tourist Office lobby, you’ll find a waiting area with armchairs, magazines and brochures to browse through.

Need to work during your stay and looking for a quiet spot with WIFI? Then look no further! Since this winter, the La Toussuire Tourist Office has been offering a coworking room for its holidaymakers.

This label is awarded for a period of 5 years and must be renewed. To achieve this, an audit is carried out on the basis of national benchmarks (between 250 and 600 assessment criteria) by an external, independent firm. The label is renewed or awarded when the establishment achieves a high level of performance: minimum score of 85%.
“Destination of Excellence” label
We are currently in the process of obtaining the “Destination d’Excellence” label, a national distinction that recognises exemplary areas in terms of hospitality, quality of service and sustainable tourism management.
This label is designed to recognise destinations that are committed to continuous improvement, by working on the structure of their offer, visitor satisfaction, the involvement of local players and respect for the environment.
Our aim is to make our region an ever more attractive, welcoming and responsible destination that meets the expectations of today’s and tomorrow’s holidaymakers.
