Our talented chef prepares tasty recipes using fresh market produce. He will surprise you with creative, regional dishes.
Gastronomic summits and fish are the chef's playground. Every day, he finds products and inspiration from his suppliers. Traditional dishes rub shoulders with his creations, and as the seasons go by, Maurienne lamb spawns with Féra, sea bass, sole and sea bream, Beaufort with goat's cheese... At the very heart of the terroir, he goes off to source the proprietary wines on his wine list. All to be enjoyed in the elegant, renovated panoramic dining room, or on the terrace facing the mountains in fine weather.

The restaurant is open to all and not only to hotel guests. On Monday : take part in the raclette evening. On Thursday, take part in the fondue night (on reservation).
