This flat is located 200 metres from Rue Blanche and 500 metres from the slopes (shuttle bus at the foot of the building), next to the ESF kindergarten, and with shops in the immediate vicinity: Carrefour (opening in December) opposite the residence, a cheese shop, and two restaurants (La Table du Grizzly and Les Alpes).

The apartment comprises:
- A living room with a sofa bed for two people and an open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.), with a flat-screen television on the wall.
- A bedroom with a 160x190 bed that can be separated into two single beds, equipped with a flat-screen TV that can be connected.
- A bathroom (bathtub, towel dryer) and a separate toilet.
- A locked ski locker in a locked room.
- Covered parking.
- A balcony overlooking the snow-capped mountains.

The flat is equipped to offer you a comfortable stay:
- Dishwasher, refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, small electric oven, ceramic hob, raclette machine, rice cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
- Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
- 2 flat-screen televisions (bedroom with connection option and living room)
