Very nice flat of 77m2, in a new residence built in 2022.
The flat is located in the chalet "résidence les Sylodges" at number 103 at 1750m altitude in the resort of La Toussuire.

It is a new flat T3 (2022) of 77m² with a balcony of 6m² and sleeps 8.

- Location : flat at 400m from the ski lifts (sun chairlift), at 200m from the shuttles and near the shops.

- Description: 2 bedrooms, an open mountain area, a main living room including kitchen with dining room and lounge, 2 bathrooms and 1 independent WC.

- A first master bedroom of 13m² with a 140cm wide bed for 2 people, private bathroom with shower, mountain view
- A second bedroom of 14m² with a 160cm wide bed for 2 people, mountain view
- An open mountain corner of 10m² with 2 bunk beds of 90cm wide, i.e. 4 single beds. * (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
-The main living area consists of a newly fitted kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer etc.), a dining room and a lounge with television. This room opens onto a balcony with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
You will also find a ski locker with boot dryer,
and a parking space reserved for 1 car in front of the residence

The owners use a concierge service to hand over the keys.
You can take the optional cleaning service at the end of your stay for 120 euros when you book.
Pets are not allowed.
