The environment :
Quiet, on the sunny heights of the resort, in a well-maintained building, right next to a blue run: between the Soleil and Chaput chairlifts.
Your car will be sheltered in a covered parking space near the entrance of the building.
You will have an individual locker for your skis in a room with secure access by digicode.
For amenities, you will find: a Utile shop at about 600m.
The centre of the resort is accessible during the winter period thanks to a free shuttle bus with 2 stops located approximately 300m from the residence.

The flat :
On the 1st floor without lift, with a small south-facing balcony: unobstructed view of the resort of La Toussuire and the Aiguilles d'Arves.
You will have a "bed express" of 140x190 cm (separate seat and mattress), 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm (cabin entrance separated from the living room by a door), many storage spaces, separate WC, a bathroom with towel dryer, hair dryer, bath and washing machine.
On the kitchen side, you will have : a mini dishwasher Bob 4 place settings, a microwave, an oven, a Tassimo espresso machine, a large refrigerator (249l with a 60l freezer), an electric coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, a waffle iron, etc...)
On the leisure side: an LG 40'' TV (TNT), an FM radio, some books and board games, 2 sledges.
On the practical side: a hoover, an ironing board and iron, etc...
