We’re renting out our superb 2-star apartment, which has been fully renovated and refitted with brand-new fixtures and fittings, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
NO HASSLE, EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
Located in the Le Coq de Bruyère residence, you’ll be right in the heart of the resort:
• Right at the foot of the slopes (just 50 metres away!)
• A 2-minute walk from the shops and the ski school (ideal for children and parents!)
• The big plus: A large, FREE private car park right at the foot of the residence.
THE ACCOMMODATION (4th floor with lift):
Living area & outdoor space: A bright living room with a smart TV, a sofa bed (brand new, 140x190) and an extendable table. The whole space opens onto a large 10m² south-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
Sleeping area: A bedroom with a sliding door, featuring a bunk bed (140x190 with a TV on the top bunk) plus two single beds. Plenty of cupboard space.
Fully equipped XL kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and even an air fryer!
The essential winter kit: Raclette sets, fondue sets, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle…
Shower room: Handy with its built-in washing machine.
Comfort: Secure ski locker, double glazing, insulated curtains and fully refurbished electrical wiring. Board games available for family evenings!
