The Gîte de la Louvière is located on the ground floor of the owners' chalet and comprises:
- Apartment no. 1 (Petit-Loup) 3 rooms 55 m² (6 people), comprising:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people) + shower room and WC
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people) + 1 bunk bed (2 people) with shower room and WC
- 1 living room with kitchenette
- Apartment No. 2 (Grand-Loup) 4-room duplex 85m² (10 people), comprising:
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed (160 cm) + 1 bunk bed (90 cm) in a closed alcove + two shower rooms and WC
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed (140 cm)
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed (140 cm) + 1 shower room
- 1 large living room with open-plan kitchen + pellet stove and large table + lounge area
The Gîte de la Louvière is south-facing with a 50 m² private terrace, equipped with a table, sun loungers and parasol, offering breathtaking views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
