A charming chalet at the foot of the Soleil chairlift. The chalet’s terrace offers stunning views of the Aiguilles d’Arves, and the residence is very peaceful.
This chalet comprises a bedroom (1 double bed) with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a balcony (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed for 2 people) and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets, etc.). A folding table with extra chairs can be added to the existing table.
The chalet features a large terrace (with space for 2 tables), a ski storage room, a heated entrance hall for storing ski boots, and an outdoor parking space.
A free shuttle bus (to the resort centre) is just 50 m from the chalet, or it’s a 10-minute walk. A restaurant, a Sport 2000 shop and a ski pass machine are just 50 m from the chalet.

Chalet at the FOOT OF THE SLOPES, with the option to head straight out onto the slopes from the chalet door via a chairlift that takes you to the resort centre (Le Soleil chairlift). Stunning views of the Aiguilles d’Arves from the chalet terrace; the residence is very quiet.
In summer: free access to the residence’s heated outdoor swimming pool.
