We are offering a charming and cosy mountain flat measuring 52m² plus a 50m² south-facing private garden with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d’Arves! PERFECT FOR BOTH SUMMER AND WINTER!
The flat is situated in a charming family-run chalet comprising five flats, on the ground floor of a residence ideally located in the resort of La Toussuire (in Champ l’Eriscal), 150–200 metres from the ski lifts (Médaille d’Or and Les Ravières), the ESF ski school, the Utile supermarket and the main shopping street. It comprises two bedrooms and is spacious, with a large living area.

The resort offers a diverse and varied programme of entertainment every week, as well as numerous activities, including dog sledding, paragliding, a natural ice rink, snowmobiling for adults and children, a snow groomer ride for beginners, and safe walking trails, one of which leads to the top of a chairlift offering breathtaking views… plenty of fun for non-skiers!
In summer too, there’s archery, hiking trails to explore on your own or with a guide, fishing, tubing, Segway rides…

- A second bedroom with two 140x190 beds (bunk beds) and two 90x190 beds (bunk beds), a radiator, bedside table and small wardrobe;

- A bathroom with shower and toilet (fully refurbished in 2023), washing machine,
- A large living area opening onto the garden (with views of the Aiguilles d’Arves), a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room (seats 4–6 people) and the lounge with a flat-screen TV and a large corner sofa;

The rental price includes all service charges except the cleaning fee (€130). A security deposit of €130 is required at the time of booking. It is also possible to include the cleaning fee in the rental price on request.
Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests (or are available for a fee)
