OUR HISTORY
Nestling in the heart of the resort of La Toussuire, the Hameau du Carnotzet blossoms in the midst of nature, respecting it and offering you the best of the mountains in an eco-responsible way.
To preserve the environment, we are committed to reducing, recycling and reusing. This approach is expressed first and foremost in our choice of noble materials, preferably from local sources: our roofs are covered with larch from our forests, and the stonework in our walls comes from the Haute-Maurienne.
This approach is also reflected in the design of our Spas, which are intended to be local and virtuous, in order to preserve the resources that nature offers us, while providing you with comfort and serenity.
The decoration of our Chalets, in the purest Savoyard spirit, gives pride of place to antique and restored furniture and objects, to give them an extra soul but also to give them a second life.

THE ACCOMMODATION & ITS SURROUNDINGS
Location: The Chalet is located 400 metres from the centre of the resort and the start of the slopes, with the first mini-market less than 100 metres away.

The Chalet: ‘Le Carnotzet’ comprises a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen area where you can hone your cooking skills. A 38 m² living room where you can relax, dine with friends or simply admire the panoramic view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and all the ski slopes of La Toussuire. This living room opens onto a lovely terrace where you can enjoy lunch or sunbathe in complete tranquillity, as the chalet faces due south, facing the mountains.
A bedroom, bathroom and separate WC are on the same level. There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with fitted wardrobes, and a second bathroom with WC.
We are delighted to offer you personalised slippers and a range of body care products, including shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser, all made in Haute-Savoie, in keeping with our eco-responsible approach of favouring short distribution channels.

OUR NATURAL MOUNTAIN SPA
For the Chalet's wellness area, our aim was to create a natural spa in harmony with nature.
Our SPA ‘La Doce Via’ is a true haven of peace, drawing energy from nature.
Its sensory shower with light therapy and diffusion of natural essential oils has been designed for responsible water consumption. Its hay bed, for two people, guarantees you a moment of relaxation on the warm hay after a good day's skiing or hiking. Its real salt grotto, a treatment known as halotherapy and known for its energising and soothing effects thanks to the presence of trace elements, negative ions and minerals, helps to clear the respiratory tract.
To prolong the moment of well-being, relax in our Herbal Tea Room and taste the plants from our mountains.

Sheets and household linen are included in the price of your rental (you can contact us at the time of booking if you have any specific requests on this subject).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to rent for more than 8 people, Le Hameau du Carnotzet offers you the Chalet ‘Le Carnotzet’ (8 people), the Chalet ‘La Bèla Via’ (8 people) & the Suite ‘le Mazot’ (2 people).
A deposit of €1,500 is required.
Cleaning costs are €175 in addition to the rental price.
For your information, we only rent the chalets during the winter period, and on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you for your understanding.
