Since 2019, Anthony has been running his microbrewery in La Bise, a pretty hamlet in Fontcouverte La Toussuire, where he produces several kinds of beer: a pepper white, an IPA, an amber and a light blonde! The store is open by appointment!

Anthony works in rail freight… And beer! In 2019, he decided to start making craft beers for his pleasure and that of his loved ones. He bought his first tank and installed it in his garage in Fontcouverte-La-Toussuire. To his great surprise, his beers were very popular, so he decided to invest in larger vats and increase his production. He created his brand “Jananka”, a contraction of his family’s first names. Even if he flourishes in the creation of his beers, Anthony wishes to keep his two professional activities in
which he finds his balance.
