Arnaud Quintaine is a sophrologist, breathing coach and wellness massage therapist. Based in La Toussuire, he helps people achieve greater balance, energy and serenity through a holistic approach to the body and breathing.
Trained in fundamental sophrology, over 50 breathing techniques (including the Oxygen Advantage method) and various massage techniques from around the world, he offers sessions tailored to everyone’s needs: stress and emotion management, sleep quality, optimising breathing, physical and sporting performance, or simply a moment of deep relaxation.
With a caring approach, Arnaud invites both residents and visitors to enjoy a truly rejuvenating break in the heart of the Alps.
Drawing on several years’ experience in mindful touch and as a spa practitioner, Arnaud Quintaine offers massages incorporating techniques drawn from ancient traditions learnt from all corners of the world.
Each technique is carefully selected to meet specific needs: energising the body and mind to restore vitality – particularly in cases of deep fatigue or as part of sports preparation – through Ayurvedic massage; providing lasting relief from muscle tension with Tahitian massage; or rebalancing the nervous system and the body’s essential functions through Tuina, a technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine.
