Aiguilles d'Arves ascent

From the Col du Mollard, this intermediate-level cycle route takes you to the TV relay at Albiez-Montrond, at the foot of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Accessible and progressive, it makes for a panoramic outing, even for moderate cyclists.
From Albiez-Montrond, the route climbs steadily towards the Col du Mollard on a steady, efficient road. After a gentle warm-up, the gradient stabilizes at between 5 and 7%, with a few steeper sections before reaching the mountain pastures. The second part leaves the main route to reach the TV relay via a narrower, more exposed climb, where the surface and slope variations demand precise effort management. The ascent ends on a spectacular balcony facing the Aiguilles d'Arves, rewarding every pedal stroke with an exceptional panorama at altitude.
