The HYGGE WINTER week begins with an opening circle, designed as a warm welcome to greet you and accompany you from the very first moments of this wellness experience.
During this conference-workshop, Audrey Cinti (Ek'Izia) offers you an introduction to family constellations in a caring and safe environment. Through simple, guided role-playing exercises, this experience encourages you to become more aware, release blockages and find greater clarity and harmony in your personal and relationships.
