Themed workshop: Juggling with the LPM Company – ‘Est Dans La Rue’ show

This workshop enables people who have never played, or have very little experience, to discover the possibilities of playing with a contact ball.
Through a variety of exercise sequences involving the ball, we’ll also learn about our bodies and discover some surprising abilities! The workshop will focus on learning the basic moves (rolls, balances and isolations) and providing the tools needed to eventually practise independently.
