HYGGE: Sylvotherapy and sensory workshop with Thierry Bardagi

Do we really know trees? There's so much we don't understand about them! What is the secret life of a tree? These are just some of the questions we'll be trying to answer in this workshop.
Thierry will offer you a session of Sylvotherapy, with a walk with your eyes closed, fun activities with the trees, connecting to the energy of the trees and tree yoga.

- Rendezvous on Friday 22 August at 5pm
- Meet at the big top in La Toussuire for the start of the session
- Comfortable clothing recommended
- Duration: 2 hours
- Price: 5€/person
