Accompanied by Céline Ambrosetto, well-being practitioner and parenting coach, this workshop invites young and old alike to climb a symbolic mountain together: the mountain of emotions.

Through games, stories, movement and breathing, children will discover how to recognise, name and welcome what they are feeling... in complete confidence, with the reassuring support of their parent.

It's a bonding time, rich in exchanges, to strengthen the parent-child bond while laying the foundations for healthy, happy emotional management.
