Monday 18 August at 2pm: Juliette Augert offers a liberating workshop!
A few words about the liberating workshop ...
The idea is to free oneself, to reveal oneself to oneself, but not only, to others too.
How do you deal with the way others see you, how do you detach yourself from them?
It's a practice dedicated to self-discovery and one that fits in with wellbeing practices.
I'm an actress and I'm inspired by actor's training to rediscover that place of spontaneity, to drop the masks!
We work on the imagination, self-confidence and developing each person's creativity.
The workshop is open to everyone, even if the first part is a tonic training, we adapt to each body. It works equally well with teenagers and adults.
The workshop is divided into 2 parts: first we explore the body, using music a lot to rediscover spontaneous movement, and then we play. When you feel more relaxed, you laugh a lot.
