Cold water initiation workshops: Wim Hof method

This workshop aims to introduce participants to the benefits of cold exposure on health, vitality and mental resilience.
The aim is to enable everyone to discover the positive effects of cold on the body and mind, learn how to prepare mentally and physically before immersion, and enjoy a powerful group experience in a safe environment.

Workshop content:

- Introductory briefing: explanation of the benefits of cold
- Guided mental and physical preparation
- Guide to best practices & safety
- Supervised cold water immersion
- Group debriefing.

The workshop is not recommended for individuals with serious heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or significant mental health issues. If in doubt, I recommend seeking medical advice beforehand.
