The Homeowners’ Association

The La Toussuire Homeowners’ Association is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to all homeowners in the resort. Acting as a real meeting place, it fosters a special bond between property owners and the various stakeholders who bring the area to life, with a shared aim: to contribute to the quality of life and appeal of La Toussuire.

La Maison des Propriétaires is, above all, a place where everyone can be listened to, informed, helped and supported. Whether your queries are commercial, legal, tax-related, technical or concerning your accommodation, it is there to provide answers and direct you to the right people.

It does not sell any services. Its role is to support you on a day-to-day basis, to meet your needs and, when the answer is not immediately available, to help you find it.

La Maison des Propriétaires also aims to coordinate and bring together the network of property owners in La Toussuire. By fostering connections and facilitating dialogue, it enables everyone to gain a better understanding of the resort’s challenges and to contribute to its vitality.

It also provides tools and information to help property owners make the most of their accommodation and contribute to maintaining the number of tourist beds.

As well as providing individual support, the Maison des Propriétaires is playing its part in a collective effort: to prevent a decline in tourist accommodation and to preserve the resort’s capacity to welcome visitors.

By encouraging owners to get involved and supporting them in their efforts, it helps to keep the resort vibrant, attractive and dynamic, both now and in the future.
