Designed for adventurers aged 15 and over and those who love authentic experiences, this practice invites you to move and breathe in the white silence of the peaks, in the heart of an isolated and majestic setting: the terrace of the ‘Le Palais Idéal’ chalet.
Come and discover yoga like you've never experienced it before: surrounded by snow, invigorating walks, silence and breathtaking views.
To reach this exceptional location, prepare for a short 10- to 15-minute walk that will warm you up before the activity, or opt for the Champion shuttle bus (Ville de Lyon stop) for a more comfortable journey.
No performance, just the pleasure of the present moment, connecting with yourself and the invigorating benefits of the pure mountain air. A timeless interlude, where nature becomes your guide.
You must wear a ski suit, après-ski boots, gloves and a hat. Mats are provided.

- A 10-15 minute walk from the resort centre, take the Route des Champions and go to the top, just before the City of Lyon building, or take the ‘Champion’ shuttle bus and get off at the ‘Ville de Lyon’ stop. The chalet ‘Le Palais Idéal’ (currently undergoing renovation) is located below, just before the City of Lyon building.
