This 160 m2 chalet can accommodate 12 people in total comfort. It is south facing and has a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and La Meije. Situated 200 m from the Soleil chairlift and the shops. Return by ski depending on snow conditions

The Bivouac chalet is easily accessible with a stroller. The Bivouac is located 200 meters from the ski lifts (Le Soleil chairlift) and shops. The resort center is a 5-minute walk away. The chalet is also located right next to the free shuttle that takes you to the resort center, the ski lesson meeting point, and the shopping centers. A supermarket is 300 meters away. It has three levels: - Ground floor: • An entryway for storing skis, boots, and ski clothing, • A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.), • A living area with a dining room and a lounge, • A bedroom with a double bed, • A bathroom, • A separate toilet • A 30-square-meter balcony with a breathtaking view - Upstairs: • 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony, • A bedroom with 2 single beds, • A bathroom with a bathtub, • A separate toilet - On the garden level: • A TV room, • A bedroom with 2 single beds, • A shower room, • A separate toilet, • A master suite, • A laundry room with a washer and dryer. The chalet has 3 private parking spaces on a 720 m² lot The price includes: • Cleaning (However, guests must leave the property in a reasonable condition: trash cans emptied, dishes washed, dishwasher emptied, and refrigerator empty and clean…) Sheets and towels available as an option: 250€ + beds made upon arrival. Optional use of the fireplace: 50€ A 2,000-euro security deposit is required to cover any damage. No smoking. No pets allowed. The rate does not include the tourist tax. The rental period runs from Saturday at 5:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM.
