Very attractive 3-room flat in a quiet chalet setting.

Cosiness and comfort are the hallmarks of our rental accommodation. Many walks, snowshoe hikes and cross-country ski tours start not far from the chalet. The location, the private meadow, the peace and quiet, the sunshine, the view... Beautiful 76 m2 flat for 6 people (with the possibility of sleeping 9) in a very well-equipped detached chalet less than 300 m from the slopes and ski lifts and 200 m from the shops (mini-market, bread, newspapers, ski hire). Located in L'Eriscal field in La TOUSSUIRE The chalet faces due south, with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves and glacier. Once you've settled in, you won't need to use your car. Ideal for getting together with family and friends. Only one rental in the chalet. Fibre-optic WIFI. The large 30m2 living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen (quality appliances: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette and fondue machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), large dining table, 2 sofas (one of which converts into a bed), coffee table, TV, plenty of storage space. The resort : La Toussuire is a Savoyard family ski resort situated at an altitude of 1800m with very good snow conditions. It offers a wide range of activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe trekking, snowmobiling, paragliding, swimming pool and spa in a hotel 200m from our chalet, gym, cinema, ice rink, evening entertainment...
