A program initiated by Atout France, which “aims to accelerate the overall renovation of leisure real estate (and more specifically traditional co-ownerships and tourist residences) in mountain resorts in order, on the one hand, to perpetuate the commercial attractiveness and tourist performance of the accommodations and, on the other hand, to actively contribute to the transition of resorts towards a more sustainable model.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A multiple objective<\/h2>\n<\/div>
\n

Fontcouverte Town Hall and ski lift company Les Sybelles\u00ae are actively participating in this project. The goal is not only to renovate the buildings’ thermal insulation but also to improve their aesthetics. This comprehensive, cross-functional approach aims to reduce costs, renovate, and beautify surfaces. It also aims to develop new services for the community of owners and tenants. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Following a technical assessment conducted by external service providers and careful consideration of the owners’ needs and opinions, the project is defined by the entire co-ownership, which commits to a multi-year work plan. The ultimate goal is to obtain a highly favorable label on the energy class scale, maintain the value of the accommodations, and ensure the satisfaction of owners and tourist tenants. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Two of the resort’s co-ownership properties, Le Gol\u00e9on and Champ P\u00e9rouze, have embarked on this comprehensive “Second Souffle” renovation program, supported by the Maison des Propri\u00e9taires. They have initiated a method that can be used as inspiration for considering the renovation of the resort’s co-ownership properties, in agreement with the Syndical Council. <\/p>\n<\/div>
